African Piri Piri Chicken

African Piri Piri Chicken – all Ingredients are Natural and one of the quickest and tastiest dishes. Give it a try – it is a little spicy but that is what makes Piri Piri a delicious healthy recipe.

5 Ingredients – 20mins.


  • 2 Tbsp Organic Butter
  • 6 Free Range Chicken Thigh Fillets (cut into pieces)
  • 1 African Piri Piri Seasoning (from Coles and all natural ingredients)
  • 3 Carrots Halved
  • 1 Tbsp Creme Fraiche


In a large saucepan, melt butter then sautee chicken with generous amount of Piri Piri Sesoning until brown. Set aside. Then sautee Carrots in the same pan with remaining butter and add more seasoning. Crunchy carrots are best, so do not over cook carrots. Return chicken to pan with the carrots, then turn off the heat. Mix in creme fraiche.

Serve it with Cauliflower Rice, or eat it on its own, either way it tastes devine!
