Easy Clean Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 large ripened bananas
- 2 Tbsp double cream
- 2 free range eggs
- Homemade Strawberry Chia Jam
- Maple Syrup
- Double Cream
Directions
- In a bowl add 1 & 1/2 large ripened bananas, 2 Tbsp double cream, 2 free range eggs and a small pinch of pink salt (I also sprinkled some cinnamon)
- Blend it all together with stick blender until smooth
- Heat pan and add organic butter
- Pour mixture onto the pan with desired amount
- When mixture bubbles at the top, flip the pancake and cook until golden brown
- Serve with Homemade Strawberry Chia Jam and Double Cream or Maple Syrup or Grilled Bananas and Cinnamon
