Easy Clean Banana Pancakes

  • 1 & 1/2 large ripened bananas
  • 2 Tbsp double cream
  • 2 free range eggs
  • Homemade Strawberry Chia Jam
  • Maple Syrup
  • Double Cream


  1. In a bowl add 1 & 1/2 large ripened bananas, 2 Tbsp double cream, 2 free range eggs and a small pinch of pink salt (I also sprinkled some cinnamon)
  2. Blend it all together with stick blender until smooth 
  3. Heat pan and add organic butter
  4. Pour mixture onto the pan with desired amount
  5. When mixture bubbles at the top, flip the pancake and cook until golden brown
  6. Serve with Homemade Strawberry Chia Jam and Double Cream or Maple Syrup or Grilled Bananas and Cinnamon
