Quick Cauliflower Rice

If you are cutting down on starchy carbs and looking for an alternative, try this delish Cauliflower Rice! Use it as a side dish for curries, stir fry it with your favourite veg and meat, fill your sushi rolls with it, serve it with your salads…ideas are endless!


  • Cauliflower
  • Organic Butter or Coconut Oil
  • Pink Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili (optional)


  1. Cut cauliflower into pieces.
  2. Blend or process until rice consistency.
  3. Melt organic butter or coconut oil in saucepan
  4. Add cauliflower rice to pan and on medium heat cook til soft.
  5. Season with pink salt, pepper, even add chilli for a hit. Taste to you liking
