- Organic Butter or Coconut Oil
- Pink Salt
- Chili (optional)
- Cut cauliflower into pieces.
- Blend or process until rice consistency.
- Melt organic butter or coconut oil in saucepan
- Add cauliflower rice to pan and on medium heat cook til soft.
- Season with pink salt, pepper, even add chilli for a hit. Taste to you liking
