Spring/Summer Salmon with Steamed Veggies

10-15 mins of quick preparation.


  • 150gm Fresh Atlantic salmon
  • 50g zucchini chopped
  • 50g sweet potato
  • 50g broccoli
  • 50g snow peas
  • Marinade for salmon
    • Lemon juice a small squeeze
    • Crack pepper
    • A pinch of Himalayan pink salt


  • Steam the veggies or boil them in a pot for 3 minutes
  • Let the salmon sit in the marinade for 10-15mins to help absorb the flavors together
  • Grill Salmon for 2mins on both sides
