Jo Williamson

Jo specialises in top to toe workouts, improving fitness, strength and endurance, shape, posture, renewed energy and overall improvement in health and fitness.

Jo has group fitness sessions up and running on Wednesdays at 5.45am for 1 hour, and Saturdays at 6.00am for 1 hour, in the cardio area.

The group sessions incorporate strength, endurance and cardio exercises.  Loads of variety and fun, these sessions are for all fitness levels.
